We are the Finance Industry Investment Promotion Team of Invest KOREA (Korea’s investment promotion agency), and it is our role to facilitate inbound foreign direct investment through Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”).

We cover all corporate M&A transactions (mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures) as well as private equity, and venture capital transactions.

Our team provides various services to foreign strategic or financial investors, including industry information, deal sourcing, communication/negotiation facilitation, along with FDI incentives and regulations consulting.

We created this blog to promote investment in Korean industries and companies, and also to bridge the gap that exists in the lack of Korean M&A news available in English.
