Coca-Cola Beverage Company Korea, has acquired 100% of Hankook Beverage, an unlisted peer, reported Money Today.

According to Coca-Cola Beverage’s press release, the company made the acquisition in order to strengthen its non-carbonated beverage business.

The report in Money Today valued the deal at KRW 14.3bn (USD 12.5m).

Coca-Cola Beverage Company Korea is a joint beverage making unit of LG Household and Healthcare and Coca Cola.
