The formal bidding in the sale of Daewoo International will likely be carried out during the second week of next month, reported the Korea Economic Daily.
The report, which cited industry sources, said Korea Asset Management (KAMCO), the seller, initially planned to conduct it this month.
As reported, Posco, Lotte and Jihan Global were short-listed as bidders, for KAMCO’s 50% plus one share stake in Daewoo International.
