Jinse Shipbuilding, the South Korea-based shipbuilder, will be sold by the Busan Regional Court of Korea, Yonhap News reported.
The report cited information released by Baker Tilly Sungto, the financial advisor for the sale.
Jinse Shipbuilding has been under court protection since last October.
The report noted Jinse has totals asset of KRW 354bn (USD 312m) and liabilities of KRW 802bn (USD 706m).
