Korea Finance Corporation (KoFC) is open to approaches from potential buyers anytime to sell its stake in Hynix Semiconductor, the listed South Korean company.
According to a Yonhap News report, Yoo Jae-Han, the CEO at the state-run financial company, disclosed the information in a meeting with members of the national assembly.
The creditors, including Korea Finance, hold a combined 21.4% stake in Hynix.
As previously reported, the creditors had tried to sell their combined stake in Hynix, but failed twice as no buyer came forward.
